How to order:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) Paid orders cannot be cancelled.

2) Items sold are STRICTLY non-exchangable or refundable unless it is out of stock.

3) All prices are excluding delivery charges.

4) For apparels: please check measurement before making purchase. If you have doubt on the measurement, do purchase a size bigger. Handwash is recommended to avoid discoloring.

5) Colour of items may vary slightly due to lighting set up during photo shoot.

6) SamAnnie will not be liable for any damage caused / lost parcels. We apologised we are unable to deliver to P.O.Box address.

7) Estimated order process time is 2 days after received payment.

8) Estimated delivery 4-6 weeks. However, do expect ETA may change due to unforeseen circumstance eg: delivery issue from supplier, production issue, quality check issue. Therefore, some item might take longer expected time to be completed (eg: 1 month).
